Communication was great at the start but fell through at the end: Thursday was told I’d be informed on Friday of pickup availability, but heard nothing. Upon Monday pickup, there was still some broken glass in the car and the car smelled of motor oil.

When I got my car back the door that was supposed to be repaired was sticking out on the bottom. After driving it, there is air coming through the door. The door doesn't match up
