Overall good job, especially communicating with me. Minor problems: roof rack screws left unsecured.( I noticed before leaving and service writer Veronica offered to have them (2) secured. Dust- apparently from body work was left inside vehicle near rear window passenger side. Slight- raised bump (hardened paint?) in area of body/paint work

Great service. I am extremely sensitive because most car shops are outrageous in one way or another - poor service, someone has an attitude, the place looks a mess - just not pleasing to me.

There was some confusion on the extent of the damage on our hood, I showed Phil and he acknowledged the miscommunication and is taken steps to get it repaired. Outside of that issue, the repair looks terrific and they even installed a wiper fluid hose for me, going above and beyond what was required.

The staff was super friendly and my car looks incredible, but every time I had to be there I was waiting for what felt like an inappropriate amount of time. There were always things that needed to be done before I was taken care of, even if I showed up to my appointment right on time.
