The staff was awesome top notch ,I would go there for all my repairs,if they got a auto body man or painter that was experienced or maybe took pride in their work,,? We witness a auto body worker repeatably slamming someone's trunk hitting part with a hammer trying to get it to shut that was a little concerning.... After getting home I could see all kinds of problems ,pitted,dirt under paint,paint job was amateur at best you can see the rushed or applied to much paint at one time or didn't wait for coat to dry before spraying again? they use term orange peel,I can see there is still a slight dent or wave in the door, the fender also has areas of serious pin holes in the paint also few areas rear door .looks to me like maybe the work was rushed .The handle was supposed to be replaced or repaired but it was not ,the driver side mirror makes a rubbing or friction when returning from being pulled in .There is over spray of primer or paint on the lower part of driver seat,the driver door on edge seams rough as if sanding wasn't complete and the door after it shuts has some play like it's missing something with the seal? I don't know how to explain it? I can't use emergency break but it's missing the release button(it was broken loose prior to bring my car in but, functional I was able to release parking break.) But now I can't use parking break without having to stick a key or something long enough stick in it to release it.

I have known the Klimisch's for many years. It is quite disappointing with the customer service I received from Brian. This is definitely different from the family owned business. Again, he is over the top with his communication, seems self centered and based my interactions I had with him, I will highly not recommend this place. I plan on sharing this information on my social accounts and also putting a poor rating in Yelp. Brian needs a different role and should not be interacting with customers. When people come to the Klimisch's, they are traumatized from the accident and want to experience a warm and welcome like they're being take care of. Brian is a know it all and seems like a crook. He doesn't listen to the customers. Please do not have him call me about this review either. Otherwise, I will submit a harassment complaint with AAA.
