I am extremely impressed with the service provided by Klimisch. I never had to call and request an update on the progress of our car repair. They were proactive in providing updates via text messages and/or phone calls. While I’ve never had a car that required such significant repairs, this was by far, was one of the smoothest car repair experiences. So far, the car is great!

It took too long for this repair. I was told the guy who was assigned my case originally is no longer there. Unless reasons. This delayed my repair at least 2-3 days.
