The work done on my car was fine, but all communication from the front office regarding payment, timeline, quotes and scheduling were not well communicated.

This is where G & C fell short in my opinion. Communication about my quote was lost, I offered my VIN and email in office and was told they weren't needed only to have them call back asking for it. They wouldn't allow me to send the VIN as a number it has to be a picture, but they didn't take the picture when they evaluated my car. Offered to pay at drop off since it wasn't going through insurance and they wouldn't let us pay. I had to get my car fixed and "hope' the person who hit me showed up on pay day, instead of having them run a holding amount to start the transaction. After spending over $5k in repairs they still wanted to charge $150 in credit card fees. When I offered to give my debit card over the phone they said it had to be in person. All of these issues could have been handled at drop-off if communicated properly.
