Jason and Carrie's customer service was top notch the best I've ever had! If they could just follow me everywhere I go and be of service to me at any business my life would be even more amazing than it already is! They kept me updated with repair status through phone calls and text messages. They informed me of additional damages and repairs they needed and advised that it would be a couple more days longer before repairs would be fulfilled completely and I was absolutely okay with that! They were right on time as their estimate as to when repairs would be finished, even with holiday interference! They did such an amazing job on the body repair that it doesn't even look like it ever got rear ended! You and your crew deserve a fricken raise!!! I hope the manager sees this and gives you that raise! I will recommend K&M Unibody Works to anyone needing work done to their vehicles! Thank you for making it a smooth ride throughout the entire process from walking through the doors to get my estimate all the way to the end where I got my keys back to a fresh not ugly looking rig! You guys did amazing!!! Def will recommend your business!! I also want to say a HUGE thank you to whoever fixed my tire that kept getting low due to nail lodged into the middle of the tread. My check engine light came on the day after I picked my car up and I came back to k&m and Jason hooked the reader up and I had a bad battery. I got a new battery but check engine light came back after it was reset from new battery installation. Went to Oreillys and hooked the reader up and had camshaft timing code which we did an oil change and reset the cars computer and check engine light has NOT been back on since!
