Beautiful work on initial repairs with a little added touch up paint on a small scratch that was not part of the service, my service tech went the extra mile, and doing so either a smile, Absolutely satisfied with the Professionalism of the Knebel Team!!! The good: Repairs looked good. Truck was very clean when returned. First two used headlights arrived damaged & shop did not install them. Instead opting for new. The bad: The repair shop never seemed to grasp there were two names on the insurance policy (Kim and Nate) and continually contacted the wrong person (Kim). Was told repairs would take 2-3 days. It took 9 buisness days. Part of this was because of the damaged headlights - understanable. I waited 4 buisness days with no communication between the shop and insurance adjuster for approval of new headlight. I finally contacted my agent and SHE got things moving. When I got my truck back I discovered neither fog light worked. The passenger fog light was left unplugged. After confirming with my circut tester the driver's side light was getting power, the conclusion was the "new" light was bad. It follows that the fog lights were never tested or aimed before returning my truck. Not wanting to waste more time with the shop, I ordered a new fog light and replaced and aimed it myself. It was an easy task by loosening the wheel well cover to access it from the back side. NO need to remove the bumper cover as the shop tried to advise. Extremely disappointed with the service received, particularly during the week the owner/boss was gone!

I called the day after the quote and talked to a woman to let them know to proceed. I was told they would let me know when the parts came in to set the appointment, but there was a mix up and parts weren't ordered. I wasn't in any hurry as my vehicle was drivable, but it obviously delayed completion of the repairs.
