Best Service I have ever had! Knight’s did my husband truck when it was hit by a deer. The work was an amazing Upgrade!!!!!! I knew when my car was damaged that Knights would be getting my business again!!! They were very professional and always made sure I knew every detail as they got my car repaired!!! They are definitely A Gold Class auto repair shop!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!

Initially went to pick up vehicle on Tuesday (11/18) at lunch. Had to leave vehicle because sandpaper had been used to try and remove tree sap from the driver side fender and was not buffed out. The passenger wheel molding would not stay clipped in place. The grille emblem was nasty (glue). Hood and bumper were not lined up with body. Received a call from the owner stating my vehicle was ready later that afternoon. Went back to pick up vehicle. The hood is still not lined up (gap on driver side vs passenger side is not the same). The bumper on the passenger side is still not lined up with the fender. If the hood was repaired, repainted and full clear coat as per the insurance documents, there is trash in the paint with some pitted places.

I was updated as to the progress of the repairs. My car was ready earlier than expected. (I realize that getting needed parts will determine when the car would be ready.). Everyone was very kind and helpful. They all truly seemed interested in my satisfaction with the repairs.

Paint job wonderful, had a problem when picked up car was missing directional bulb and had to go back then I had to go back again because windshield washer fluid was working and owner didn’t believe me they worked fine before repair job some of fender clips should have been replaced
