MY HORN HAS NOT WORKED SUNCE TAKING CARBACK! SOUND IS VERY OFF EVEN WHEN.PRESSING RED BUTTON THAT TELLS ME LOCATION OF CAR.... SO LOW .I CANNOT HEAR IT AT ALL. I U SE THIS OFTEN I EVEN REPLACED BATTERY! CAN I BE CALLED BY SOMEONE AS THIS IS QUITE IMPORTANT TO ME AS GET LOST INPARKING LOTS WITH NO SOUND.COMING .I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS SINCE I BUYING MY 11 years ago!! Knights Auto provide a series of services, towing your vehicle at the start of an unfortunate event, inspection services to full restoration of your vehicle. The staff is friendly and helpful. Knights Auto Collision located at 2000 Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn are extremely busy, but they will return your call, or text within the same day. The manager, Nick is professional and patient reconciling any client and Insurance matters. His assistant Brian goes above and beyond, personally showing the client the first steps of progress, the midpoint status and ending process of your vehicle. This Company addressed me personally with sincere information. alI live a bit far from Knights Auto, so I have walked in several times with no appointments. Nevertheless, inspite of their busy schedule; I was treated with attention professionalsm where my concerns were addressed with politeness. If you call/text regarding questions, or concerns, Nick, or Brian will respond back to you personally within the same day. My insurance company took a very long time, never did Nick show frustration, but an inate wanting to help. While waiting for my vehicle, I must have visited unannounced several times as Knights Auto is far from me. All the Uber/ Lyft cars that dropped me off so far into Brooklyn would curiously ask what is this place? I must have recommended Knights Auto Collision to a handful of drivers. In my own neighborhood, after others saw how awful my vehicle was before, and seeing the finished job, I was asked the location where I had my car fixed. Although some insurance companies are sticklers for what they will fix, Knights Auto maintained transparency with me regarding any last minute changes my insurance would agree/disagree to. My insurance company didn't agree to cover certain things, it seems Knights Auto shouldered a little burden my insurance didn't cover. Thanks! Simply, Knights Auto Collision proritizes upholding their many years of a stellar reputation. Upon picking up your vehicle, you might overlook it, as their end result is displaying your shiny car in a showroom- like area upon walking through the main doors.
