I was in the loop every step of the way. I never had to call or follow up. They called me. They handled everything. They always asked me how I was doing. They were very patient. Picking up the car was a breeze. My cat was in the show room in a glass window showcase. I did not recognize my cat because it looked like the day I bought it brand new from The dealer. They fully detailed my car and even cleaned out my trunk and organized it. I am recovering from the accident and seeing how clean the car was and how clean the trunk was and organized almost brother me to tears. They took a major item off my to do list. The car is so beautiful. It looks like a brand new car!! The customer service is outstanding!!!!!!I never would have guessed the folks towing my car off the highway would be so customer service oriented and efficient. I was in my accident one day and within two to three days they worked with my insurance and got the estimate done and approved. They took all Of the work off my shoulders. No stress. This was an unbelievable experience. I would never take my car anywhere else. They are amazing. Every person there. They walk you through everything in person and on the phone. Thank you!!!
