They don’t fix air conditioning. Windshield vent is not working. No air comes out from that vent. Also they keep charging too much money.

Knights collision did a wonderful job restoring my vehicle. If I had one complaint it would be that the ordering of parts was a little slower than other shops in my past and the delivery of my vehicle took much longer than originally discussed. I had offered a window of time and was told it would be delivered sometime within that but my vehicle hadn’t been brought back until 10:15 pm. However, if that’s my only issue— I’d say that’s not terrible. Thank you for the wonderful repair and returning my vehicle to me.

Good communication skills from office staff and body shop. Sean explained the repair process from ordering the new parts for my Mercedes Benz. I was invited to visit the body shop to see the progress of repairs. I received a written report of repairs and warranty. Knights Auto Collision offers quality repairs on a timely basis.
