I can’t say enough good things about this collision center! They did an amazing job repairing my car, and they also worked on my sister’s vehicle. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely wonderful. The team was professional, friendly, and truly cared about doing the job right. The quality of their work was fabulous!! both cars came back looking amazing, and you could tell they took pride in what they do. They made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. I highly recommend this collision center to anyone who needs repairs. If you want great customer service, quality workmanship, and a team you can trust, this is definitely the place to go! I expected my car to take at about 2 to 4 weeks. Not only was my car repaired in 1 week, but I can't even tell it was ever damaged to begin with. Between timeline, quality of work, customer service... I literally have no complaints. You all knocked it out of the park. I would highly recommend Kolex to anyone, 10/10 from me.

Kolex not only did great work but they completed my car much faster than I expected. While I personally hope I don't need to repair my car for any reason any time soon, I would absolutely go back to Kolex.

Quality control was poor. I appreciate that the mechanic topped off the coolant, but then it made it appear that the car was leaking fluids. And I appreciated that the person at the desk when I picked up the car mixed a small container of paint for me; however, it was the wrong color so now the areas I touched up look worse than before.

On the positive side, everyone was polite and stayed in touch with me about the status of my vehicle repair. Taking away from the perfect rating: (1) The request I put on the website was apparently never seen; (2) Their were boot marks all over the backside of the truck liner; and (3) The vehicle was approved for release, leading us to make a trip to pick it up, when the right muffler was still clearly misaligned. We spoke with the manager on staff, and the issues were fixed the next day. Also, I appreciated the touch up paint until I used it and made my car worse.
