I am very happy with the service that we got at Kwaik. Parisa was great! She worked with us and let us know all of the repair options and made us comfortable with what we had chosen. If we need auto body repair in the future we’ll be back!

My Experience

Kwaik was the first company I called and immediately felt they were the ones to go with. I looked at some others but trusted my gut and the reviews. They did not disappoint!! Parisa was wonderful and from the beginning kept me informed throughout the process with detailed info, plans and pictures. The work was completed in a timely manner. When I picked up my car it was clean/sparkly inside and out! It looked brand-new! As a courtesy they even buffed out a couple spots unrelated to the damage and gave me some touch up paint. Thank you Kwaik!

Work was OK. Working through Hadi was difficult. Not answering his phone, misunderstanding (deliberately?) my questions. Maybe this is how you negotiate with insurance companies but I prefer to deal openly and honestly with the people I would pay money to. Also there are holes for a badge on THIS fender that are not on the original fender or on the opposite side.
