I wasn't kept informed about when my vehicle would be ready, and when it was, I received a text message at 5:00pm saying my car was ready. The shop closes at 5:30 pm, leaving me no time to get there.

My experience was just great. My adjuster was awesome to work with . The workmanship is far above the standards of their competitors and the reception center is great. This is the second vehicle we have taken their and the staff and workers are totally awesome and professional .
