Van over heat 2 days after getting it from the shop, we need it fix asap

My only complaint is when I arrived to drop off my truck, the front desk was unattended. I called the business phone number but no one answered and there was no opportunity to leave a message. An employee came out from the back and stated the obvious, that no one was here and suggested that I return in an hour. I went for lunch and returned and completed my business. This was the only blemish on an otherwise outstanding experience.
