Your repair center didn't determine all of the parts needed in the beginning, and as a result, the repair was delayed several months. Meanwhile I had to still make payments on a vehicle couldn't use. I don't want you to contact me, I just feel like you could do better in the future.

Everyone at Kolosso was super to work with. They tried very hard to get the parts in as fast as they could. They keep me informed on the status of repair and they had my truck ready for pick up before Christmas. Nice surprise for sure. Great people at Kolosso. They are the reason we return to purchase from this dealership.

Only hard thing was lack of auto body tech. My car parts were in but it took 9 weeks to get my car back. It looks great, wouldn’t know it was in an accident.

Not good at all alot of missing paint spots. Charged me for antifreeze and I showed them it was only half full. Would not recommended kolosso body shop.
