When we got the vehicle home,on the drivers side window there is a substance similar to crazy glue on the window. It won’t come off

I was told my car would be ready within 7 days, well it was ready after 12 and I was not able to pick up it , I traveled. This couple of tday actually made a difference. No one informed us about tis change.

When I picked up my vehicle the entire inside had Bondo dust throughout everything I told the girl inside she came out with a spray bottle and paper towels and wipe down the headrest the dust was in the seats carpet everywhere dashboard
