Thanks for your service. I'm highly impressed with the excellent work your team did on my car. However, during the repair work I guess the engine were left open during reassemble, and this expose the engine to dust, dirt, rain and this make the engine and other parts to be too dirty. This would require water jet for thorough cleaning, and this should have been done before handing over the car to me.
