I had my car repaired at Koons Collision after my insurance recommended them, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Keith, who handled my rental car. He truly went above and beyond when my first rental had a tire pressure issue Keith hustled to track down another vehicle and got me back on the road quickly. He stayed in close contact with me throughout, and that kind of attentive, responsive service made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. My car repair itself came out great too, thanks to the team’s work getting it back in shape. Overall, Keith’s effort and communication are what made this experience a memorable one, and he’s a big reason I’d recommend Koons Collision to others. Thank you, Keith and team!

My husband noticed the bumper (which is the part that was repaired) was sticking out when I arrived home from picking up the car. He was able to pop it back into place. I will see if it does it again after the next time I drive it.
