Utlilized faulty parts which caused a break down on the side of the highway, four hrs after I picked it up. This car previously was in a wreck but driveable. Unable to tow the truck back to Koons collision due to the metal gates on the property and the time of night. Two rows were required as a result. Missed three days of work as a result of the second repair. The office was unreasonable when I requested a rental car. Koons was at fault for the needed repair but there was customer service when a mistake was made. No return calls from the manager as requested. We were not a top priority. Additionally they wouldn’t answer the phones or return my voicemail messages when requesting status. I will not allow Geico send me to Koons collision if another accident occurs. Very dissatisfied from this experience.
