had appt to get my side mirror fixed, dropped the car off, 1hr later got a call they didn’t get the part the day before like they were supposed to and i needed to come get my car. they should have checked for that before i dropped off my car or the day it was supposed to be delivered but said they didn’t know bc the guy who ordered it was on vacation. went back a week later to get it fixed and after they fixed it, they then told me the mirror had a scratch on it and that usually they would check before installing but bc the guy was on vacation it got missed. they asked if i wanted them to order another part, at that point i just wanted my car back. also the lady at the front desk, cindy, is not the most pleasant to speak with, the other one was very nice.

The repairs themselves look good, however, a white charging cable has been stolen from my car. I had two charging cables plugged into my cigarette lighter when I dropped the car off, one white, and one black. All of things that I stored in that little compartment were pulled out when I saw them car this morning. I asked my parents about the cord and the things that I kept in that compartment were moved around and they deny moving any of it. They were the ones that so generously picked up my car while I was at work. You guys were so easy to work with, but walking off with a charging cable is petty. None of that stuff should have been in the way.

Johnny and the rest of the folks at Koontz are the best! My truck looks brand new! Everyone is professional, courteous and their work is exceptional across the board. I'd recommend them to anyone. I won't even consider another shop for any future repairs!
