Very poor customer service. Would not recommend for future patrons. Service for a simple bumper repair took almost 4 weeks and was not completed correctly upon pickup. Team did work hard to fix the problem areas for pickup within the following 24 hours.

I had to come out of pocket $100 foe my rental because I was not contacted about my car. the lady at the front desk said she called me, but I did not speak to her nor was a voicemail left. I was goimg to come back to koontz for my pintjob but after this experience, I will not.
