The customer service with caliber collision Was an excellent experience from the time I walked in until the time I left Now that’s what I call great customer service. We were more than completely satisfied. We never expected for a collision repair shop to be so organized and have exceptional customer service. Kudos to the leadership and special thanks to Jeremiah who kept us informed of the progress. Jeremiah even made the pick up easier and let me know that the rental company could pick up the rental car from Caliber. I don’t wish misfortune on anyone, but I recommend Caliber Collusion.

We noticed a louder sound when we turned on air conditioning. If the noise does not quiet down, we may need to bring the car back. We are sure that this issue will be resolved easily.

Customer service was out of this world! Aside from the fact that we did not hear from anybody in the beginning, communication improved 100% as soon as Jeremiah came into the picture. Jeremiah was informative and sent us updates frequently. We were very impressed with his customer service and very much appreciated his coordination with Enterprise Car Rental. We were thinking that we had to return the rental car to Enterprise and engage a car service to go pick up our car. Jeremiah arranged with Enterprise so we could leave the rental car at Caliber when our car was ready. Jeremiah made our lives easier and we really appreciate that.
