Jeremiah and his team were great! Communicative and kept me well informed throughout the process. My only feedback regarding customer service is for the original shop on Paulbrook. Do not offer customers to move to another sister facility without first clearing it with the insurance company. I had 7 days with no work being done, and because of that discrepancy I had to pay out of pocket for a rental vehicle and the repair shop on Hull Street had challenging time to get paid.

This is our 2nd time using Caliber and first impressions are everything! This time Caliber/Jeremiah actually to the time to provide me with step by step processes and updates regarding the repair of my truck. This type of communication is rare in today's customer service. I will tell family, friends and colleagues about your service. My truck was sick and span when I picked it up and Jeremiah physically walked me thru and showed me what had been repaired.
