I had to come out of pocket $100 foe my rental because I was not contacted about my car. the lady at the front desk said she called me, but I did not speak to her nor was a voicemail left. I was goimg to come back to koontz for my pintjob but after this experience, I will not.

My only issue with my experience at Koontz is that they left some stickers and other tags on new parts they installed on the car. It would have been nicer if the'do cleaned that up before returning the car to me.

The truck looks fantastic. The only two issues I noticed were a slight lack of primer under the left rear fender and a piece under the tailgate that's stil buckled and cracked.

I was promised that the repairs to my car would be completed Monday, Dec 22nd (17 days after dropping it off). It was not. I was then promised that it would be completed by Tuesday the 23rd. It was not! Now I'm being told that it will not be ready until potentially the end of December. Multiple broken promises of delivery is not a good way to ensure repeat business! Unfortunately, Koontz was suggested (due to proximity) by my insurance provider. I have ZERO intention of ever letting Koontz work on my vehicles again, and when asked by friends or co-workers I will say "Anywhere but Koontz!" Piss poor service, rude management staff, and failed expectations. I will also be posting my feelings about this experience on Yelp, Google, and anywhere else I can.
