I rated my experience a 4 because communication throughout the repair process was poor. The estimated completion date was changed several times. I understand that delays can happen during repairs, but I was not given clear explanations or updates unless I called and asked myself. I have also requested documentation related to the repair, including photos, the initial and final scan reports, and information regarding the structural/frame work that was performed. I was told photos would be provided, but I still have not received them. I also asked for the measurements related to the frame/structural correction, but I was told those measurements were not available. I also asked for written information regarding the lifetime warranty on the repairs. I was verbally told that the repairs are covered for life unless the vehicle is involved in another accident, but I was not provided anything in writing explaining the warranty, its coverage, terms, or exclusions. Finally, the customer service when I picked up the vehicle could have been more professional and friendly. After a significant repair, especially one involving structural work, I expected better communication, complete documentation, and clear written information about the warranty.

After my suspension was replaced there was a knocking noise on the driver sidedue to a link not being torqued down all the way. Issue is fixed now. Car drives fine, the estimator communicated extremely well, and the service in general was solid. I Will definitely recommend the shop to others but was a bit disappointed driving to work the next day wondering if my car wasn’t fully repaired.

Customer service was awesome. Communication awesome. Satisfying the customer mostly awesome. I have a couple blemishes but other than that and upon correcting them…I’d recommend Koreatown Auto every single time. Shout out to Dihn who took very good care of me and a great representation of Koreatown. Give that man a raise!!
