He began his career in the automobile industry when he first acquired his Automotive Mechanic’s License at the age of 16 years old, which led onto his work with multi-million dollar dealerships, holding the titles General Sales Manager and Service Manager. My experience overall was fantastic. Very happy with the work. My service tech, Dihn. from the moment I drove my car into the shop until I picked it up after repairs, was a great communicator. Friendly, a straight-shooter, realistic estimate on time of repairs and I received regular updates. I hope to not need repairs again under my circumstances (hit & run accident) but I’ll gladly refer others to this shop. Thanks!

Outstanding Repair Experience I can't recommend Korea Town Auto Body Shop enough! After my Ioniq 6 needed repairs, I was nervous about the process, but this team made it completely painless from start to finish.The turnaround time was fantastic. They got my car back to me quickly without ever cutting corners on quality. The repair work itself is flawless; you genuinely can't tell anything happened. They clearly know how to handle EVs with the care and precision that newer models like the Ioniq 6 require. A huge shout-out to my advisor, Dihn, who went above and beyond. Dihn was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process, keeping me updated every step of the way so I never had to wonder what was going on with my car. What really impressed me was how Dihn handled the negotiations with my insurance company — fighting to make sure nearly everything was covered. That kind of advocacy saved me a significant amount of money and stress. If you're looking for a body shop that combines technical excellence with genuine customer care, look no further. Terrible customer service you have a automated system that tells the customer the estimated repair date just to have a completely different repair date in mind and your customer service team never keeps the customer in the loop I also had to reach out first to find out what’s going on with my car but they kept delaying the repair date and never even updates me honestly I would never come here again even if any repairs or maintenance free I hope you fire all of your customer service staff
