My car sat out in the rain a number of days with a totally shattered windshield and took them 6 wks to get it repaired. My hood sits onesided,not centered.Sunroof mesh detached on one side,one yellow and one white headlight.Front quarter panel does not stay attached to front.Bugs were never washed off front which just don't understand how a BODYSHOP would paint a hood ,blend sides but not properly clean before painting??But the most upsetting situation was the lack of courteousy and no willingness resolve the problems.None!He blamed the adjuster for length of time I was without my car,not true according to adjuster and refused to even look at areas of my concern insisting I call my ins.companyWe all make mistakes,oversight and misunderstandings. But never should a customer be talked down to or ignored. Yes,I will continue my insurance with Allstate,they truly know how to respect their customers but I will never return or refer my friends to KO'S.
