The repairs took longer than I would have liked, but I do appreciate them taking the time to make everything was fixed before releasing the car back to me. I really appreciated how Tracy kept me updated on what was going on with my car. She was definitely trying to get it back as soon as possible and I do realize things come up. Thanks KOs for making sure everything was taken care of.
