They did a poor job of cutting the bumper valance around my factory hitch. It looks like someone just took a grinding wheel to it. I also found out the factory valance has a cutout line on the back side of it that is curved and matches the hitch curves. They told me that's all they can do.

The rear lower bumper valance was cut poorly. The factory valance has a premarked cut line on the back side that is curved to match the hitch. Your tech just cut a large crooked line that looks horrible. I would like it reordered and cut properly.

Car wrecks are never a great experience but KO really went the extra mile to get my repairs completed and to keep me in the loop. Kinsley, specifically, was wonderful. They even washed and detailed it for me!
