I was quoted about $300 which included a $70 part. The part was returned but I was still charged the full price-AND- the job was NOT done at all! So I paid $300 for absolutely nothing! I took my car to a different shop where they did the job in an hour. i live in rio dell and don’t want to make waves or enemies or anything, but how could I not feel like I just got ripped off for $300? At Christmas time none the less? Nothing good to say about the job that wasn’t done that I still paid top dollar for despite returning the part that was included in the estimate. I figured the LEAST you would have done would be to charge me HALF price…

I’m not sure why I got another text saying that your shop wanted to hear from me-again…everything I had to say was in the previous message I sent. If you wanted to give me some money back for any of the reasons in my previous submission feel free, but I have not asked for any money back I’ve only expressed how I, and anyone that’s heard the story, feel about paying $300 for a job where nothing was accomplished, and the following shop has completed the job in under an hour time. I don’t know how anyone could view this transaction as fair…I won’t be reporting this or anything of that nature. But if your mechanics fail to complete what another mechanic could do in 1/2 the time I paid your shop for, next time, I would think your shop would attempt to make things right.
