Kreations ALWAYS does a bang up job with outstanding communication and incredibly friendly staff. Thanks so much for all your hard work! Someone backed into my daughters car and within a few days it was fixed, painted and detailed inside and out! It took the sting out of paying my deductible (driver had no insurance) when I got a detail included! You all are awesome!

I didn't notice the "new" headlight until after I got home. The replacement LT headlight lens does not match the original lens, nor the RT front headlight lens, which had/have a Forester logo on the side. Considering the cost of this repair, I'm frankly disappointed not to get an original part, but instead, to get a generic or used replacement that doesn't really match my Forester. I really don't have the time to have this corrected because of the distance from the body shop (90 mile round trip), the inconvenience of getting a rental car, and the ridiculous cost of gasoline. It's a pity, because I was satisfied with my previous experience with your shop and have referred many people to Kreations.

I would warn people to ask if the repair would match the style of the vehicle. Had I been asked, I would have refused the part that was installed.

The replacement headlight lens doesn't match the trim package of my Forester Sport Model. I didn't notice this until I got home and saw there's no Forester logo on the side of the lens, as there is on the RT side, and was originally on the LT side.

I will say that the bumper was only half buffed out so there is a VERY obvious color difference. It looks like shit. I wasn't able to see this as my car was parked in a puddle & I was in a hurry at pick up.

The car was picked up, damages repaired fairly quickly and the people were very nice. The car was returned looking the same as I left it, with four very noticeable, deep scraps on the plastic bumper. I really think they should have fixed that issue too. They charged the insurance company a small fortune and still required us to pay the deductible, which many companies wave for the opportunity to get the job. They also put their license plate frame on a car that was not completely repaired, which looks bad for them. Kreations did a good job.
