It was very helpful, and convenient. The damage was not too severe though it was extensive enough. Kreations Auto Body also arranged for a Rental Cab ride to get Rental Car.

Finding out when we arrive at the scheduled time that y’all couldn’t keep our appointment was not Ok. If you want me to recommend you to others, you need better service and to keep your customers informed. Also, not a fan of your policy to change out license plate holders without customer’s permission. My car is NOT your billboard. Not cool.

We set an appointment to get our car repaired, and no one called to tell us that the part didn’t come in — a poor example of customer service. It was a big undertaking to drop one of our cars off, including packing up a toddler to go, and we went through all that for nothing because the part wasn’t it, and no one had the courtesy to make a phone call to tell us.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Vehicle was in and out in the estimated timeframe. Installation was completed as described and with attention to customer concerns. My truck was cleaned and washed which is appreciated after being in a body shop for a couple of days. I highly recommend KREATIONS!
