From the moment i went in for an esitment i knew after speaking with branden, i needed no 2nd or 3rd estiment. He listened to me regarding my finances , im a senior an live solely on social security. And so kreations was the place for me. I was impressed with the amount an he even took the shop hourly down a bit and got a used bumper with what they needed to put it on! Then there were updates on the progress of the car repair, which was helpful. He is a nice young man an did his job well! Thank you all who were involved with repairing my little car! The repair was also done really good, looks like nothing happened, which is good. The paint is a really good match and so far we haven’t found any issues.

The experience I had was excellent with the exception of the time taken for the repair. Time issue I found out was due to part supply chain and mistake with one wheel that should have never be put on. Outside vendor issue. Almost got into an accident due to the improper wheel installation. I can say when I did return the vehicle to shop it was handled quickly and rep was very apologetic that it happened.
