The car was not repaired completely. The front end sounds awful and now I have to take more time off work and spend at least 80 in gas to get the car back there and pick it up AGAIN. RIDICULOUS.

I am blown away with it only how my car looks but the customer service that I’ve received from the whole team was amazing. Huge shout out to Brandon in the Rio dell location. They made me feel so comfortable and explained everything very thoroughly. I got hit on the bumper and they ended up finding more damage I got my car and even the inside got detailed they made my car look brand new!!!! I will ALWAYS use Kreations and I will always recommend them. The attention to detail was impeccable. I have employees that will be needing some work done and I have sent them to Kreations Thank you so much !!!!

Everything good except that whoever inspected the dump mechanism did not route the wire back properly causing the bed to sit on the wired and flatten them. Dump bed still seems to function but I was wondering if you guys would replace the flattened wires Thank you Jim Kennedy
