The body shop did a great job on the repair. I’m not satisfied with the clerk at the front desk. I was advise by State Farm once the invoice for repair is received by Krieger, Krieger will call me to schedule an appt. I waited several days. No call. I called and got appt schedule. When I dropped off the vehicle for repair, the front desk receptionist did not have my appt in the books. Someone behind the wall printed the invoice and took my keys. I asked twice do I need to sign anything, she said NO. Recd call car ready, I picked up the car via the cashiers desk, guess what form is missing that I need to sign to have State Farm send ck to Krieger for repairs. Therefore I have to drive to Krieger to sign the necessary form. The body shop receptionist asked me to sign top and date when the vehicle was dropped off and sign/date the bottom portion with today’s date. Why wasn’t this form given to me to sign when I dropped off the vehicle. I even asked do I need to sign something.. nope. The body shop receptionist is clueless. Learn your job and stop waisting my time.

I was a little upset because I was told that they had to do an estimate and the service manager made it seem as though I should have been told this on the phone. But when I asked if I could still leave my car, he said it was okay. Definitely a miscommunication on someone's part.

There's a gloss coat blimish on the bumper that looks like it may have ran a little too much, but possible to buff out later, nothing I can't love with or polish up later.

I took my vehicle in to have a small dent fixed. At the time I picked up my vehicle I was in a hurry, check the repair spot and it looked fine. A few days later I took the time out to really look at the area and I noticed additional scratches that were not there before I took my vehicle in. And some discoloration at the area that was to be fixed
