Repair work is great, love the vacuuming, don?t enjoy the scent stuff without my consent, did not enjoy being called a complaining customer by a male employee. I was only asking a question, not complaining about anything!

Car was complimentarily vacuumed, unexpected and welcomed. Some type of air freshener used in car, I am allergic to it, called to ask about it, was called ?a complaining customer? from one employee to another over the phone when I was only asking at that pont (now I?m actually complaining).

Friday after I got my car back, I got a voicemail asking more info on my rental vehecile. Problem is, I dropped my car off Monday and picked it up Wednesday...and it?s a personal vehicle, not rented. Somehow my name had gotten mixed up in paperwork and I really hope I don?t get the bill for someone?s rental repairs! I?d like confirmation that it will not, and if it does happen who should I talk to to get it remedied.
