Great work completing the repairs 5 days early! Excellent communication from Todd throughout the process! Todd also got me scheduled for a rental car through Enterprise next door. The rep picked me up right from the body shop! I highly recommend Todd and the Kunes staff!

There is a scratch that was questionable as to whether it was already there prior to the accident. The final repair cost was only $600 less than the quote we got from our own body shop and was originally quoted $1000 less than the final cost on the invoice. I had to fight to get my rim replaced because it wasn't in the original quote and it was badly scratched and had red paint embedded in it. Todd did stay late so I could pick the car up as it wasn't ready until late in the day that it was promised and I had another appointment at the time I was supposed ro pick it up.

Todd Massey is AMAZING! He went above and beyond in regards to my particular situation. His concern and kindness is like no other. Although I did not meet any of the other guys at the shop I want to thank them all from the bottom of my heart for the excellent job that they did on the repairs and body work on my car. The car looks like it just rolled out if the showroom!

I met Todd from Auto Body today when I picked up my car. What a nice guy. He apologized for things that were out his control . Getting parts through the mail never come when you want them to. I am very pleased with the workmanship performed on my car. Todd and his crew are extremely busy , so be patient people, Todd is running a tight ship at Kunes of Greenfield.

Todd and the crew, can't say thank you enough. Repaired the AT4 and beyond. The repairs look like the car is brand new, like the day we brought it home. Awesome work. Was talkimg with Todd, getting our car seats back in. Noticed the detailing, whole car detailed. Floor mats .... Clean, back of the seats from the boys shoes ..... Clean, rims...... Clean like they didn't just run through a Wisconsin winter, tires..... Shined up. Can't thank the team enough. I hope I NEVER have to see you again. Keep up the great work.
