Due to the exceptionally disappointing lack of effective communication. I would not recommend this shop to a friend or family member.

Communication occurred only when I reached out. the repair was not complete in the expected timeframe which was very disappointing as I incurred additional rental car fees. I only learned of the delay in the repairs after I reached out to the repair shop. I Was told the parts for the needed repair would be in sometime in January and in February I still had not heard back from The repair shop so I had to reach out for an update. This was not the level of customer service that I was expecting. I am understanding of unexpected delays. What I am not understanding of is failure to communicate. From the start of the repair to the end I found it incredibly insulting that my husband‘s name popping up on paperwork, but he was not involved at all in the repair, discussions, or communication. I do not need my husband involved in this repair whatsoever as this is my vehicle. In addition this survey was sent to his phone number and not mine. Again, this experience could not have gone worse.

My rating is based on the paint match to the existing paint. The shade of the repair doesn’t match the rest of the truck. The quality of the firmest of replaced parts looks good. Otherwise, the paint is my issue. Thanks

When a friend asks me where to get a car fixed I tell them I have the best experience with Valley GMC and tell them I have seem many other brands of vehicles when pulling into the service bay. Car repair is expensive, but I have never felt that Valley GMC has taken advantage of me in the twenty-five plus years I have been going there.
