We were told the repair would take 2 weeks, then 3 weeks, then we were given a pick up date. I called to confirm the date and was told it would take 3 more days. The timing was horrible.

I couldn’t be happier with this experience. My car looks amazing! The quality of work is unbeatable if not flawless. Caliber Collision also made getting a rental car seamless both with pickup and drop-off. Thank you for making a situation you don’t want to be in such a good experience. I hope I never need to have my car repaired again but if I do, there is no question where I will be bringing it.

Morgan did a great job with updates and trouble shooting this very odd vehicle failure. She knows her job and is a very good communicator. I also got good advice form one of the techs who worked on my car. He told me about a Ford customer service line that may be able to help me out with the electronic glitch that led to my hood flying open without warning. This is my second experience with Caliber Collision repairs and both have been great.
