This is my first experience with Gerber. I was a little leary as I didn't know anything about them but my insurance wanted me to use a place in-network so I gave them a try. I was THRILLED with the service I got. Jack and his team went beyond my expectations and not only made a normally unpleasant claim experience easy, but they earned a return customer. Going forward Jack (he's a rock star) will be my first call when I need body work done. I will also be sure to spread the word to friends, family and neighbors. I know Gerber is new to our Cottage Grove area so I'll be sure to incourage others to use them. Thanks again to Jack and his team, both my car and I are happy campers!

One thing is for sure, Gerber is a customer focused organization. Within minutes of my insurance guy getting our claim approved I got a call from Veronica to get us set up to bring the car in and get the repair rolling. I was given regular updates as to the progress being made and that the target date for completion was on track. Super super job!!

There are scratches and scuff marks along the whole black part of the newly replaced mirror. And there are two little ding scuff marks on my car right next to the mirror... Whoever put the mirror on was not careful.. and waiting 2 weeks for a simple mirror replacement was completely unacceptable... And I had to get a car rental the last 3 days. Now I need to go back in next week so they can see if they can buff out all the scratches....

Poor communication, poor work, my car was left unlocked, and 2 weeks timing for a minor repair.. and work is not acceptable... I still need to talk to the manager and have them look at the scratches all over the side mirror...

Poor communication, 2 weeks for service when I was told 3 to 4 days, excuse after excuse, the part that was installed has scratches all over it, had no choice as I needed my car back and the car rental had a bad tire slow leak. Manager has still not called me.... I expected a lot better... A used part was put on my car for $1,400 when a new one is $1600.. my car is 3 years old and the new side mirror looks bad...
