For never having a service like this done they were very short with my questions and how things worked. They gave me a short notice to figure out a rental car. The afternoon before my car was supposed to be done I had to call to see if my car was ready and he seemed annoyed I called and said it would be a couple days to a week. Thankfully I was able to extend my rental car and at the end of the day my car looks good as new.

Body shop is great ,wouldn’t recommend service especially Lake Geneva ,ripe off operation

For the previous reasons stated, I don’t feel they cared about the work being done to overlook clear sloppy work. It would not be my first choice for a body shop.

Work was completed but there was additional scratches that had to be buffed out that were very clear to the eye. Had I not checked before taking the vehicle, I would’ve been stuck with the new scratches. They buffed it out before I left after a short back and forth. Further, the loaner I received was in rough shape. Being partnered with a dealership, I would think they’d want you in a newer, nicer vehicle to consider a future purchase. To me, there isn’t that extra follow through I would expect from a dealer backed shop.
