Tim estimated the damage to my car when I brought my car in and sent the estimate to my insurance company. It was easy to schedule the repair. Tim called when they found more damage. The car was repaired 1 day earlier and the car looks great!

I received an estimate for repair of $7000. When I picked up the car it was actually $13,000. Your shop worked directly with my insurance company to improve additional fees without making me aware. I’m considering filing a complaint with the state regarding unfair business practices to make sure this is not a pervasive issue. My insurance premiums may not have gone up with a $7000 charge, but this now increases the likelihood that I’m gonna have to pay more premium because of the increased charge.
