Jesse was wonderful to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way and served as our advocate with the insurance company. I believe she went out of her way to make sure insurance pay the maximum amount and delivered a quality product. She is great!

My vehicle was not repaired as it was totaled. You need a N/A on your scale **It was nice that you cleaned out my vehlcle for me; however, I would have liked to have done a once over on my own vehicle as there was a special license plate cover on my car that was given to me that was not removed and with all the information being given to me I did not remember to remove this and I am not able to get this back nor purchase it again as it was from the college I graduated from and it does not exist any longer as they changed their name from Linfield College to Linfield University and these Linfield College Alumni license plate covers are no longer available-- So, let people do a once over on their OWN vehicles as you do not always know what needs to be taken out of a car.
