I had a pleasant experience, which was unexpected as I have had to do body work on a different car with a different auto body shop, and it was so long and complicated and murky.

The entire experience, which I'd been nervous about was easy. I loved having the rental car waiting for me, and the Kuni Collision Center was very forthcoming with updates and procedures. I was easy and fairly convenient. Definitely happy with all angles of the experience, but I hope I don't have to use either again😍
