The servicemen were wonderful also the staff as you entered very helpful. Car came back looking fantastic except whatever that plastic stuff you put on cars I would never do again! Early on it peeled on my headlight and when I got home I noticed my door looks like it had hit some thing and it peeled that same plastic away just a small amount but I do not remember that being there when I came in?

Front desk staff was very good in their response and communication. I would have given them 10. Both Corrine and Chardonnay was wonderful to deal with. We were not very pleased with the estimator Won Kim and his communication skills and proactiveness

It would help to have shade as the weather gets hotter. I have a black on black car and it was baking in the sun for a week and a half. I should have brought it in a month or two later but I did not realize it until I got there.
