I was not kept informed. I had to make repetitive calls to get any information. I could never reach the estimator, they would not call back. I had to go there in person (which is a 45 mile round trip) to get any info after a 2.5 week estimate took 5 weeks with no notifications.

All was great except my car wasn’t completely washed. I washed it before dropping it off. My car sat outside for duration, so there was dirt on it. The rear area where repairs were made was very clean. Not the roof or hood. I thought waiting 20 minutes was due to cleaning, but…..
