From our original shop in Aiea, we’ve expanded into a 28,000 square foot state-of-the-art certified auto collision repair facility. I believe it's key for staff members to explain what is going to happen when the car is repaired...and if they know the length of time the repair would take. This allows the customer to have a time frame in mind to plan their schedule. Your company kept me updated at all time. I also liked the fact, as minor as it may sound, that Mr. Kuroda, although he was with another customer, smiled and nodded at me and acknowledged my presence and the fact that I must be a customer. That's great PR. Thank you!
