If I could give this auto body shop more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! From the very first phone call, their team was incredibly responsive, Shania, very professional, and genuinely caring. Getting into a car accident is stressful, but they made the entire repair process so smooth and worry-free that I honestly forgot I had been rear-ended. Knowing they are Tesla-certified gave me complete confidence that my vehicle was in the best hands. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and communication throughout the repair exceeded every expectation. My Tesla was returned looking absolutely flawless, as if nothing had ever happened. It’s rare to find a business that combines technical expertise with such exceptional customer service. My back tailgate was detroyed after being shipped here. As someone who just PCSd to Hawaii, I didnt really know where to go. KW autobody was one of the places I got an estimate from. They advertise for what I needed and “promised” quality work on their website. I was given an estimate of almost $8,000. When I picked up the car, I was told certain parts were just reused. Not sure why I was charged so much money if certain parts were able to be reused. I feel completely taken advantage of for price. On top of that, the paint was NOT color matched. The back of the car is very clearly a different color than the rest of the car. This is not quality work, not what was advertised, and not what was promised. Now instead of the work being done correctly the first time, I have to get this addressed.

This is the second time K.W. Auto Body has repaired my car. (The first time was at Ala Moana.) Everyone (especially Austin, who was my main contact) is highly professional, courteous, and easy to understand. The car comes back with impeccable work, and you add special details like washing the car and charging my electronic battery. Really unexpected, but so nice to receive. I recommend K.W. to everyone. Thank you again for being such a reliable place, and doing such terrific work.
