The section of the car that was repaired was nice and polished and clean while the other part of the car that was not repaired look like there was still a little dirty maybe because of the close proximity to the highway. Additionally, there's still compound that was left over from the side panel on The interior of the hood that I need to buff out

Arin Leong who assisted us was very pleasant, efficient & professional. We received txts as to the status of the repair & expected completion date. The car was cleaned & washed upon pick up. Arin also gave a bit of touch up paint for future use, which was very much appreciated.

The car came back beautiful. Thank you for the good job. Only thing I wanted the service better was the exact ready to pick up time. The day I picked up, I had to make schedule hard because they were not sure in the morning that day.

The main complaint I have is just very slow repair time. I got into a car accident on February 21st, and I filed a claim with my insurance immediately afterwards. I brought in my car to get looked at for damages in early March. My car finally got picked up on May 6th. My coworker, who picked it up, was told to basically bring my car back because something else was found damaged on my car. It’s inconvenient to say it’s all fixed except for a taillight and having my coworker or whomever go back and fix just one broken part when all the parts, every, single damage should’ve been all account education for before my coworker took my car to the shop to get it fixed.
