It looked to me like a very difficult job and it came out beautiful. It looks like a new truck. I appreciated the way Tiffany kept me posted as progress was made. Drop off and pick up were easy and were made more pleasant by the friendly way I was greeted by every staff member that I encountered.

KW Auto Body provided excellent service and communication throughout the entire repair process. The team was responsive, transparent, and worked efficiently to complete the vehicle ahead of schedule. I especially want to recognize Tiffany Shiraishi, who was amazing to work with. She provided continuous support and regular updates, and consistently went above my expectations. When we ran into an issue with a bumper that was damaged twice during shipping, she coordinated with the team and ensured the foreman stepped in to repair it, preventing further delays. That level of ownership and problem-solving really stood out. Overall, a reliable shop with a team that truly cares about getting the job done right. I would absolutely work with them again.
